B2B Backoffice Representative (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining customer data
  • Processing and managing offers and orders
  • Supporting the field sales team
  • Qualifying and onboarding new customers
  • Conducting analyses and evaluations
  • Updating and providing dealer support materials
  • Office management and vacation cover for finance & accounting
  • Supporting special projects and trade shows

Qualifications:

  • Structured and reliable working style
  • positive, customer-oriented personality
  • Openness to working in a fast-growing company
  • Confidence in a highly digitalized environment
  • Experience with our core systems (weclapp, Hubspot, and Zendesk) is a plus
  • Fluent English skills; additional French skills are a plus
  • No specific educational background required – we believe passionate people can learn anything
  • Interest in fishing is a plus
