B2B Backoffice Representative (m/f/d)
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining customer data
- Processing and managing offers and orders
- Supporting the field sales team
- Qualifying and onboarding new customers
- Conducting analyses and evaluations
- Updating and providing dealer support materials
- Office management and vacation cover for finance & accounting
- Supporting special projects and trade shows
Qualifications:
- Structured and reliable working style
- positive, customer-oriented personality
- Openness to working in a fast-growing company
- Confidence in a highly digitalized environment
- Experience with our core systems (weclapp, Hubspot, and Zendesk) is a plus
- Fluent English skills; additional French skills are a plus
- No specific educational background required – we believe passionate people can learn anything
- Interest in fishing is a plus
