Junior Product Developer (m/w/d) - Fashion

Qualifications:

• Completed studies in clothing or textile technology or a comparable course of study
• Initial experience in product development in the field of clothing (ideally technical textiles and/or outdoor textiles)
• Confident with MS Office and Adobe Illustrator
• Initiative and ability to work independently, with a willingness to take on responsibility
• Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Negotiation-level proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Tasks:

• Support in the product development of new collections, from the concept phase to production readiness
• Independently create and maintain product data, such as creating product sheets, size and grading tables, sample checks, and comments
• Quality control and fitting checks of samples
• Selection and sourcing of high-quality fabrics
• Independent management and maintenance of samples and material swatches
• Independent communication and close collaboration with suppliers abroad
• Support in research for outdoor textiles, focusing on functionality and processing
• Monitor the development progress of all collections and actively support the adherence to deadlines
