Return Policy

You can return your order to our warehouse for a refund or exchange. The following requirements must be fulfilled: 1. Items must be returned within 14 days. 2. Return merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We’ll issue a refund on receipt or exchange the item for a different size/color if preferred.

For return sending from foreign countries, we do not pay for the shipment costs. You can now send back your return merchandise for a refund or exchange within 14 Days. Just fill out our easy form of return and send back your reclamation. Remember: We will charge you with EUR 4,00 for the return costs. The costs in Germany will be covered when you keep articles amounting more than EUR 80.00. For returns outside Germany, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns and ask you to return the goods to us at your own expense and responsibility.

If you want to return a rod, you must pay the shipping costs yourself (except in the case of a complaint).
