T&C 3 Hardbaits Campaign

This promotion is organized by Nays GmbH, Bouchéstraße 12 H11, 12435 Berlin, Germany

2. Promotional Period

The promotion runs from October 26, 2026, to November 8, 2026 (23:59 CET). The date on the proof of purchase and the time of submission are decisive.

3. Eligibility & Participation Requirements

Qualifying Purchase: Purchase of at least three (3) products from the "Hardbait" category (from any retailer/shop, online or offline) within the promotional period.

Proof: Upload of a legible receipt or invoice via the campaign landing page. Remove sensitive data when necessary.

Eligibility: Open to individuals aged 18 and older.

Shipping: Chosen reward will only be shipped to valid addresses within the European Union (EU).

4. Reward

For every three qualifying Hardbaits purchased, participants can select one (1) art print out of three available designs (while supplies last). The print will be around DIN A4 or smaller. The organizer reserves the right to substitute the chosen art print with another design or reward of equivalent value at its sole discretion.

Visual representations of rewards, for example in social media or in the signup form, are for reference only. The final design and properties of the delivered print may vary. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The distribution of art prints does not constitute a transfer or licensing of copyright. All rights to the designs remain exclusively with the artist.

5. Processing & Delivery

Upon successful verification of the uploaded proof of purchase, the chosen art print will be shipped free of charge to the stated address. Delivery will be in december after the end of the promotional period.

6. Data Protection, Purpose of Use & Right to Verify Receipts

Personal data collected during the promotion will be processed to fulfill the reward. Additionally, Nays GmbH might use the uploaded proofs of purchase in pseudonymized or aggregated form to audit and optimize its sales and retailer network, as well as for fraud prevention.

Participants acknowledge that Nays GmbH reserves the right to contact the retailer named on the receipt to verify the authenticity of the submitted proof of purchase.

7. Miscellaneous

Recourse to legal action is excluded. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
